Welcome to information about Teen Postpartum doula training!
Teens will learn the following techniques in this course:
Our fast-track postpartum doula covers...
✔ Spiritual Support
✔ Smart Mother Model (S for Sleep, M for Mothering the Mother, A for Activities (baby care), R for Rest /Rejuvenate, T for Teas/Tincture/Time for dad!
✔ Prayerful Support
✔ Evidence-Based Support
✔ Baby Care and supportive of the whole "family"!
✔ Rebozo info - workshop for Level C/D is a separate add-on cost - but we will go over some info lightly in the class.
✔A Catholic Postpartum Book (PDF for free)
✔ Listening Support, ✔ Advocacy Support
*Belly Binding, *Warming the Mother, *40 days retreat or rest. *Churching of Women.
*Baptism of Baby, *Naming Baby after a Saint, *NFP, * 7 Joys of Mary!
*Virtues of Mary included in fast-track course.
*Herbs/Teas/Tinctures!
Teen will receive:
SMART Mother Model Manual, Access to Google Classroom (Gmail is required), Free PDF of "A Catholic Postpartum book".
Required book: "Boost Your Breastmilk" and "The First Forty Days" - student may pay add-on fee for "with all books". Thank you.
Register early and get "Boost Your Breastmilk" for free. Early Bird Ends Oct. 2nd.
Teen pricing is $300 (no book - or free book for early bird); $330 with books option.
This class meets for 5-6 weeks - we may meet up to 6 weeks - so we are adding that in here. If we get through super fast-then I'll add on an extra time to ask questions for the 6th week.
