1. What if I want an epidural, can I still take this class? Yes! Of course! A "Comfort Birth" for you is epidural - then please do take our class - you will still enjoy learning about the peanut ball and other things that can be incorporated into your birth! 2. Will this class be good for natural birthing and my husband supporting me? Yes, we teach ways to get husband to help you during laboring. 3. Is this anything like the Bradley Method? I'll be honest - I don't know that much about that method except emotions and labor which we do cover. I do teach incorporating husband/partner into the birth! 4. What method do you cover?
