The title of our workshop is St. Gemma 
 Labor Strategies and Rebozo Online Workshop - great for moms who have taken a hospital class and want to learn better techniques for labor. Great for first time or VBAC mamas! 
Note: Also, open to doulas to attend! Doulas will receive 3 CEU's.

Your mission whether you choose to accept it - to become a well  trained mom in labor strategies to have the best comfortable birth possible!
*Spirituality of Labor - We feel as a Catholic program we should cover this first  and Letting go of Fears.
* Anatomy of Labor: Understanding this can help mothers know more about  how to  help baby come out faster. 
*Comfort in Birth Method - acronym and how to use this to help you with self-care and laboring. 
*Birth and Maternal positioning for labor: Understanding positions for labor better this will be paired with our Rebozo workshop section.
*Using the Rebozo Shawl for better positioning and techniques for relaxation (Level A).
*Some Advanced Techniques included for Rebozo Shawl (part of Level B - but not the whole level because of time is limited)

Timing of this class: We will be offering this as TWO- 40 minute zoom links. Plan to arrive on timely manner (within 5 minutes of start time). There will be a 3-5 minute break in middle.
