We go over the Certification Requirements 1. First Certification Requirement: 10-20 Resource list, 2. Book Reviews - 5 book reviews, 3. Definitions of Terms (at least 50) to turn in, 4. Interview 3 mothers about birth. (This can be any mother.), 5. Attend a childbirth class, 6. Attend the MOM Breastfeeding Advocacy mini-class, 7. Community Project minimum 20 hours, 8. Attend one birth or 3 births if you are doing Medicaid program in your state, Example of Macy and getting Certified as a doula with our program, 9. Extra Credit - Extra fee - Attend our doula mentoring circles!

- Add-on Mentoring special deal - we will meet up 3 times for 40 minute sessions on zoom to help you and your doula business get started - these sessions must take place within first year of registering. We suggest - First month - zoom get started session - Second session - Third month - check in session on progress/questions. Sixth or Seventh month - Help with business side of doula work. If you are finishing faster - than we can move up the last session to sooner. If you do not meet up within the first year, you can still come to doula circle group mentoring, but private sessions will be forfeited.
