  • Chapter 3: S – Sleep and Sanctuary
    Help create restful, peaceful environments that protect a mother’s sleep and give her a safe, spiritually supported “nest” in those early weeks.     ​
M for Mothering the Mother: 
  • Chapter 3.2: M – Mothering the Mother
  • Offer emotional support, hands-on help, and time-honored traditions like Asian mother roasting—warming the mother with healing foods, teas, and gentle thermal therapies.
