Module 1-2 of Postpartum doula includes...Your first module is our introductory module and second module goes over "S" for our SMART Mother model including "S" for support and "S" for sleep! Joy's of Mary are also included in modules: Joy of Annunciation and Visitation.

Our third module of postpartum... "M"We cover cultural study, breastfeeding, M for mothering the mother, why to keep mother warm and why she should wear socks and more!
Mother "roasting" is discussed. Belly binding and more! You get to learn how to belly bind in our course! Joy of the Birth of Jesus. |
Our fourth and fifth modules of postpartum includes..."A" and "R"We now talk about "A" for activities with baby. Learn about bathing baby, massaging baby, diaper changes, and reflexes of baby!
In our "R" section - we include more about Rejuvenation and Retreat - how a mother can create this "dream" like 40 days of rest time frame! Joy of the Magi! |

Seventh module: Put it all together!Our seventh module, we continue your doula training and putting all this SMART Mother module into action. Plus, we finish up breastfeeding information.
Joy of Mary is also continued. Now a final exam is also required. |
Sixth module covers..."T"Our sixth module covers things like teas, tinctures, and time for dad! We also have a business section! Joy of Mary.
We also discuss postpartum depression in module five or six. We now include a special PMAD disorder handout required reading for all new doulas! We also cover business 101 in module 6.
