Newsletter change: Stella Maris Gazette and our Mama Tip of the week...

Welcome to our new newsletter name - we have decided to name it after Our Lady - Stella Maris Gazette. You will receive this once a week in your inbox if you signup for our newsletters. 
We hope to put more "newsy" information in the Gazette. We will include a link to our blog here. If I don't have time to make a blog post then I may link to someone else's post or something like that. 
Surprises - I would love to make some fun connections between music and doulas - so we will see what kind of fun surprises I include in the newsletter. 
Events - I plan to make an event list or page to put information in our news or link to a page for events. We like to keep you update about events. Events can be free webinars to paid events like our rebozo online zoom classes and more.

New Mom Class: 
Are you lonely being a new mother? Would you like to untangle motherhood? 
This is a mom's group with a twist, Heather and you will be exploring the reasons why isolation, overwhelm, and mom guilt are so common and what we can do about it while developing self-care and community building practices that nourish our souls.
