Thank you for your interest in the Mary’s Embrace EOL Doula Program, including our certification full end-of-life doula training pathway.
Before applying for a scholarship, we encourage you to consider whether our discounted tuition option may be feasible for you. Through August 15th, the program is available for $550 that is a $100 off $650 pilot price point, and we are happy to offer flexible payment plans. In many cases, this can look like $150 down followed by $100 monthly payments until the balance is complete (plus any applicable Stripe processing fees). This scholarship page is reserved for students who are experiencing genuine financial hardship or who do not have a steady income. To steward these opportunities with fairness and integrity, scholarships are not awarded based on personal characteristics, but solely on financial need. Thank you for your understanding.
At this time, we are able to offer only two additional scholarships for the Fall session, as the program is already deeply discounted. One scholarship has already been awarded internationally, where currency differences create additional financial barriers.

This scholarship in honor of St. Mary Magdalena - includes the following things to consider offering:
1) Special oils - gift a client a set of essential oils for death care. We recommend SimplyEarth.com to purchase. 2) Read about St. Mary Magdalen's life and apply what you learned to a client - offering one free will gift of service. 3) Offer a Death Cafe in your area and invite friends and family. **Student receives $150 off the discounted course = $400 for the course. This scholarship is for a student who will offer some acts of charity for a dying person. The acts of charity can be: free vigil, free pre-planning session, free info session, free legacy doula work, etc.
Student will choose at least 2 acts of charity to perform for a client(s). Documentation sent to us after completion. **Student receives $150 off the discounted course = $400 for the course. This scholarship is still available please use form below to apply! |
This is for a student from other countries like Canada or New Zealand that have lower currency exchange.
***This scholarship is currently pending for a student in New Zealand. Student requirements: Student should pray for her fellow students, attend as remote/recorded sessions, offer 1 complimentary end of life care service to a local person, and offer 1 free event like a death cafe in her area. **Awarded: $150 extra off the discounted course - $400 for the course. |
