Main components to your fast-track class include:#1 POstpartum: 15 sections in classroom
You receive access to our classroom with around 15 sections to work through in the classroom includes our SMART Mother Model and new add on sections. Also, includes nutritional doula. You may choose NOT to certify in nutritional doula - or add on is $49 extra. #2 Your Live Classes...
We will meet once a week for 6 weeks for the main course. We will meet one EXTRA week for those who signed up for nutritional doula section and paid the $49. You may pay that on week 6 if so desired. #3 On going mentoring included
Mentoring is on going through the 6 weeks of the class. If you need help outside the course - I am available by email. If you need "special extra help" that requires private zoom time -then there's a $40 per zoom meetup session cost that you may add-on at anytime. You will also be invited to 3 Doula Circles for free. (This is our group mentoring that meets once a month - usually an add on fee.) #4 What about Breastfeeding Requirement?
You can read one of the two books "Making More Milk" or "Boost your breastmilk" and answer our study guide questions and you will have your breastfeeding portion done. If you have experience in breastfeeding - we can waive that part. Thank you. #5 Is nutritional doula certification included?
Nutritional doula certification is an add-on of $49 or you can signup with that included in the packages on this website. If you want to add it in later, we can work with you on timing. For Fast-track - we expect you to pay by week 6 in order to attend week 7 zoom call on nutrition. Thank you. |
