Module Five - SMART Mother Model: “R” for Retreat, Rejuvenate, Ritual, Rest/Relaxation and Exercise too!

What Else can be included in my class?

​

• M.O.M. Advocate Breastfeeding Course -this is a small mini-class about breastfeeding and starting up breastfeeding groups. (We recommend this M.O.M. Advocate class  for moms that have some knowledge of breastfeeding. If you are not a mother 'yet' or have not taken a previous breastfeeding class - please talk to instructor about alternative class). Thank you. 
• Rebozo shawl    depending on package (not all packages include rebozo) - see package information  below.
• We go over simple Rebozo information for postpartum (Rebozo massage and rolling babies) - but no certificate will be given for this. (Level C postpartum rebozo must be done in person if you want a certification - thank you). 
• Mentoring sessions  can be added in for 20-40 minute times for extra fee or if you signup for mentoring package 3 sessions are included. 
• Timeline session (shorter mentoring) on getting a specific schedule set up for you to finish by a certain time frame. 
• An everything included package is also available!
• Belly binding kit for $75  to $95 depending on where we can find one at for you.
• Upgrade on rebozos available. Ask instructor.
• Also, if attending a   live online workshop - the class costs slightly more, but then you get your books included and things like that - to see how live (online) classes work go here.  Payment plans are available for live class - read about live classes here.

Small Class Sizes

Small classes give you the opportunity for more one-on-one communication with the trainer. Giving you ample  time to spend with her, and ask any questions you might have. 
Self-pace classroom on Thinkific *for current class. Live class options can access classroom if so desired. Live class has less assignments.
