Welcome to our September Specials Page.
This month - we are going to be hosting a Nutrition for Kids class - date/time to be announced soon - it might start late Sept-October. Our next upcoming event is our Nutritional doula course - which we offer usually only like once a year - so grab up this class while you have a chance to - this is our only time we will offer it live doula class! Starts early October - register up to September 25th for early bird. (Page will be coming soon for this information). We will also be hosting our postpartum fast-track class (if enough interest) starting mid-October on Monday evenings. Early bird for that is good through October 7th. We might host another fast-track birth doula as well soon. In the meantime we have recorded class /self-pace options for our classes. Thank you for coming to look! |

Join our 2 class days for Kids Nutrition and Cooking class - please see website for dates of class.
Your child will have 2 class days for zoom of 40 minutes (if we need to go longer we will send a second link).
We will explore safe cutting skills, breakfast foods, lunch foods (first session).
Second session - main meal/supper, and desserts! (second session)
The child will receive Power Point slides/PDF of main class sessions (at least 2 power point slides). PDF of recipes - (some of these are extra recipes they can make)
Homework will be expected in order to receive their "Mini-Chef Beginner Certificate". All certificates are digital.
There is no refunds on this class.
WE will also have recorded class available for anyone who wants self-paced.

This is enrollment for our Nutritional Doula "Live" Zoom class (or recordings if someone cannot make live class) - includes Pregnancy and Fertility Nutrition - part of Kitchen Doula and Academy of Natural Birth Course. You will receive a double certification in pregnancy and fertility nutrition when finished. We cover one module on postpartum. We believe starting with fertility and pregnancy nutrition is the best way to prevent postpartum depression! This course will meet 6 times over zoom in October (Fridays - starting First Friday). All you need to do is your quizzes and final project and some case studies to finish this class. There are other assignments - but are considered extra credit. Thank you.

Welcome to our Level C and D Rebozo workshop. We have moved the date for October to the 13th. The Sept. 30th date is still on. One enrollment will make a class. We will email our list if no one has enrolled within 48 hours and cancel the class. We are charging a little more for this class as we are including the PDF book "The Rebozo Revealed" as part of your course manual and we may refer to the postpartum bone closing ceremony in that booklet during the zoom class.
