Doula Mentoring and Packages

What's a doula mentor? A doula mentor is an experienced doula who provides guidance, support, and resources to newer or less experienced doulas. This relationship helps mentees navigate the challenges of their practice, develop their skills, and gain confidence in their roles, often through sharing experiences, providing feedback, and offering advice on best practices in childbirth and postpartum care.
Doula Mentoring Opportunity:
We are excited to offer a comprehensive Catholic Doula Program Mentorship designed to support both new and experienced doulas in their journey. Students enrolled in our program can enhance their learning experience by adding a mentorship package tailored to their specific needs. For those who have graduated from other doula programs or are seeking guidance after completing their doula training, we offer three distinct package options to choose from, ensuring personalized support as they navigate their careers. Each package is thoughtfully crafted to provide mentorship that aligns with the spiritual and practical aspects of doula work, fostering growth and empowerment in the community.
We have added the packages for students on the Birth Shop Page you will see options for Mentoring add-on starts at $899 and goes up includes your birth or postpartum doula class, etc.
***Note: For Doulas who have not trained with our program or perhaps you trained awhile back and need help now - then you will want to pick a doula mentoring package below in the next section...

St. Gianna: Beginner Doula Mentoring - Level #1 Package

St. Gianna Package Level 1: This includes 3 mentor zoom calls, up to 3 months of mentoring including texts/emails (this is so we can keep focused), and Awesome Doula Club Membership for 3 months. Cost: $600 - Special Deal till January 31st: $450

St. Lucia's Light: Light the Way Mentoring - Level #2 Package

St. Lucia's Light Package Level 2: This includes 4 mentor zoom calls plus a possible phone call follow up, up to 6 months of mentoring including texts/emails (we want you to stay focused) and Awesome Doula club for 6 months - this package also includes a hard copy of Doing Business the Doula Way Book and will be required reading. Cost: $1200 - Special Deal till January 31st: $999.00

Our Lady of Guadalupe - Guiding Roses Mentoring - Level #3 Package

Our Lady of Guadalupe - Guiding Roses Level 3: This includes 6 mentor zoom calls, up to 9 months of mentoring includes texts/emails (we want you to stay focused) and Awesome Doula club for 9 months. Cost: $1800 - Special Deal through January 31st: $1600 - there are special bonuses with the final level - we are considering throwing in an extra course or other goodies - to be determined
