We have two class dates:
March 27th (Thursday) or Friday April 4th - Time 5:30 pm central!

$3 plus $75 or $95 for doulas
$3 plus $50 for mamas (non-doulas)! 

What's included in our class? 
Section A: Pushing for Childbirth and Rebozo - we start with the latter stage of labor - some extra pushing techniques that can help mama push out baby better using the rebozo! 
Section B: Bone Closing Rebozo - First we cover the history of the technique and cover information about various cultures and their beliefs (we do not have to agree with a cultures belief systems - but it is fascinating information - so we respect their cultures.) We then will show some videos about how to do the bone closing ceremony and discuss a more Christian way to perform this ceremony.
Section C: We will cover Baby rebozo - how to carry babies in rebozo and our special "rebozo" baby technique. Video will be shown.
Time: Plan for an hour and half of class. If participants need a Q and A - please send us questions before class and we will attempt to find time to answer and/or answers will be sent via email after the class. We have limited time for this class and we pretty much use all minutes for the presentation. 
All participants will receive our download slides BEFORE the class to give you plenty of time to look over everything.

For doulas: $75 or $95 plus $3 fee (Choose lower rate if you are a first year doula, woman of color, lower income, otherwise on your honor system pay the $95 for being a great doula!) 
Mamas: $50 plus $3 fee
Doulas may choose $50 x 2 as well if need a payment plan. Thank you. All payments must be in before class start dates.

• Drape the rebozo over the mother's shoulders
• Gently rock the rebozo back and forth to create a soothing motion
• Encourage the mother to breathe deeply and focus on the rocking sensation

May 31st: Level B Rebozo: Birth Ball/Advanced Rebozo Using the Rebozo with a Birth Ball

• Wrap the rebozo around the mother's hips or abdomen
• Apply gentle traction to help reposition the baby
• May 31st: Level B: Benefits of the Birth Ball and Advanced Rebozo
• Encourages fetal descent and rotation
• Helps the mother find comfortable positions
• Provides counter-pressure and support during contractions
• May 31st - Level C - Pushing Postpartum Bone closing
• May 31st - Level D - Rocking baby rebozo
