New Policies are now in place to hopefully make all enrolled and "students to be" happier when enrolling in our classes.
As of November, 2016 -- If a student wants to "Try before they buy" -- we will have classroom set up in Eliademy or Blackboard for student to try out for free. No refunds are allowed; this is a good way to try before you buy. Once you pay, we have no refund policy, and we hope this will help with those interested in what the class is like before paying. We appreciate your requests on this. You also may view a sample module of your particular class. Just ask about this before enrollment.
Active vs. non-active students: If you have not posted in a classroom (either discussions or placed an assignment in it) after 9 months, we dis-enroll you without warning (old students we will try to contact first). If a student comes to me BEFORE that time and asks for a time off, then I will need to know how long and when you think you will be back--that is the only exception this rule. Non-active students who remain that way and have failed to come forth, will be removed -- or they may pay extension fee if you have been in program over one year and need extension. (See below).
Extensions: If you need an extension after above time frame, $100 is the extension fee for students that are from 2016 and older. If you enroll after 2017 and need an extension, the extension fee will be less (because of pricing differences). We have added more to our program. If you are in the 2018-2019 classroom and stay active, there will not be any need for extension fees. If you fail to be active, then we will discuss a small re-connect fee. Thank you.
Rebozo Policy: We also do not send out your rebozo until you have gone into the full classroom (for those on trial) and from now on tracking information will be sent--so we are raising our prices slightly to cover added expense for rebozos to be mailed out with tracking. If you do not want tracking we can discount the fee, please do not come to us a month or 8 months later and say you didn't get your rebozo. It probably got lost in the mail. We do not have to prove we mailed it to you if you choose no tracking and you will have to pay for another rebozo if you did not receive it within the first month of sign up with no tracking information. *Note: Occasionally we do not have rebozos in stock--in that case -- we will communicate to you when the rebozo will be mailed out -- we try to do our best to get it out to you within first month or so. Fast-Track students we try to mail ASAP as well. Occasionally, we will drop-ship a rebozo from a seller -- so in that case we will let you know if they have tracking, etc. Thank you for your patience.
Enrolling in more than one class together: As long as you are active in ONE class, you can stay enrolled in the other one and finish it at a later date.
