Bettering Lives of Outstanding Moms Program Postpartum version:
Brief Overview of our training:
Help support women postpartum with our program.
New book included to help support mothers with postpartum depression in a natural way.
Our goal is to give mothers a place to go for "free" meetings that will support them through any postpartum issues. Leaders can decide on the focus of their group depending on the local community needs. Ideas include: Postpartum Depression Support, Teen Mother Support, Preemie mother support (esp. if you take the Preemie Care Specialist course), or anything that helps mothers in postpartum phase. Leaders can decide on children attendance or not. We suggest having some times for moms to come alone or with nursing babies only if sensitive issues need to be discussed. Meetings may cost a small fee if leaders need to pay for rooms--but we strongly try to offer free meetings for mothers in need!
